Blake Henry
Blake HenryManaging Partner, Business
Blake is responsible for establishing and enriching client relationships, identifying opportunities for partnerships and growth, and leading all aspects of Silver’s business operations. Since he founded the company in 1991, Blake has overseen development and deployment of several enterprise-scale brokerage processing applications – primarily for large investment services organizations – and has personally managed numerous consulting engagements. Prior to founding Silver, he was a Computer Programmer for IBM Corporation and CACI Field Services. Blake earned his B.S. in Economics at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Marketing and Decision Science.
Neal Ruskin
Neal RuskinManaging Partner, Product
Neal is responsible for Silver’s product suite of brokerage processing software and serves as strategic business and technology advisor for Silver's investment services clients. An acknowledged expert in cost basis portfolio accounting and investment tax reporting, he serves as an industry thought leader and guides Silver's interpretation of IRS regulations and related statues. Prior to joining Silver, he served as Chief Enterprise Architect at TD Ameritrade and Technical Director at CheckFree Investment Services (now Fiserv). Neal earned his M.A. in Industrial Design and Human Factors from The Pratt Institute and his B.A. in Political Economics from Princeton University.
Robert Benkovitz
Robert BenkovitzManaging Partner, Technology

Rob is responsible for all technical aspects of Silver's brokerage processing software and related infrastructure services. He heads a team of highly-skilled and experienced software development professionals in technical design, application architecture, research and development, quality assurance, software deployment, and technical operations. Prior to joining Silver in 1999, Robert served in various technology positions with CheckFree Investment Services (now Fiserv), Prudential Investments, ILX Trading Systems (now Thompson Reuters), and Brown Brothers Harriman. Robert earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Jason Vogel Senior Director, Product Strategy & Development
Jason is responsible for leading Silver's product strategy and product development teams. Prior to joining Silver, this industry veteran served in numerous business operations and product management roles at investment services firms and related technology providers, including: DST Systems, State Street Bank, Fiserv Investment Services, Lockwood Advisors (a division of Pershing), E*TRADE Financial, Merrill Lynch, and TD Ameritrade. Jason earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
Teri Manton Director, Product Management
Teri is responsible for product management and development of Silver's suite of wealth management solutions. Prior to joining Silver, she provided tax reporting and compliance solutions for brokerage firms and trust companies as Vice President of Product Management for Broadridge Tax Services; led product strategy for customer statements and portfolio & performance reporting as Executive Director of Product Development for JPMorgan Chase; and managed all client-facing platforms as Director of Product Development for Harrisdirect (formerly CSFBdirect and DLJdirect). Teri earned her degree in Economics and English from Rutgers University.
Eric Jacobson Director, Client Relations & Business Development
Eric is primarily responsible for managing Silver's client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction in all aspects of client operations and implementations. Prior to joining Silver, he began his career on the trading floor at Chemical Bank, worked a few years at the New York City Board of Education, then returned to the financial services industry to gain decades of experience in senior positions at Sungard Data Systems and CheckFree Investment Services (now Fiserv). Eric earned a B.S. in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.
Jim Snyder Director, Client Business Operations & Implementations
Jim is primarily responsible for leading Silver's business operations team which was established to advise clients on operational efficiencies and to assist with real-time analysis of production issues relating to cost basis processing and tax (1099) and transfer (CBRS) reporting. Since joining Silver in 2005, Jim has also served as Program Manager on numerous project initiatives, including: brokerage & banking back-office conversions, global trading initiatives, and numerous software implementations. Prior to joining Silver, he served in various business and technology roles with Bear Stearns, Bankers Trust, and Citigroup. Jim earned his B.A. in American Studies and Communications at Fordham University.
Sam Alvine Director, Client Technical Operations
Sam is responsible for managing client software installations, technical infrastructure, and production support for Silver's enterprise financial services clients. Since joining Silver in 2010, he has coordinated certification of numerous major software releases and deployment of several large-scale client implementations. Prior to joining Silver, Sam held Director-level positions with Oppenheimer/CIBC World Markets and Guardian Life and served as a Technical Project Manager for E*TRADE Financial. Sam earned his B.S. in Psychology from the University of South Carolina and his MBA from Wagner College. He also earned his PMP certification in 2010.
Mike Manno Director, Program Management
Mike is responsible for overall program management at Silver, leveraging leading edge techniques such as Agile to ensure that client and product teams perform at peak efficiency. Prior to joining Silver, he led the Citigroup Basel Retail RWA model team which was responsible for calculating Risk Weighted Assets on over $1 trillion in retail assets each month. Mike is also former Trader and Computer Programmer with 20 years of program, product, and project management experience at firms including Lehman Brothers, Sungard Data Systems (now FIS), Smith Barney, Citi Wealth Management, and Prudential Securities. He earned his B.A. in Liberal Arts from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
